Warranty

Warranty and product registration.

Every Evolve III product includes a 2 Year Limited Warranty. Read the terms and register your device so its purchase details are ready if you need service.

Warranty guidelines

These guidelines summarise the Evolve III Limited Warranty, revised November 2025. The warranty is additional to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights in the country of purchase.

Coverage summary

Every Evolve III product is covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty from the date it was first purchased by the end customer. The product must have been newly manufactured and not sold as used, refurbished or manufacturing seconds. Keep your proof of purchase and warranty information. If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the manufacture date recorded by Evolve III will be used as the start date. Coverage for bundled accessories may vary by country.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal and proper use, including firmware issues covered by the terms. Evolve III may repair or replace defective parts or the product with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior. Replaced defective parts become the property of Evolve III. A repaired or replaced component is covered for three months or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. Hardware is covered; preinstalled software support is limited to issues affecting proper hardware operation. TFT LCD service applies when the display meets the pixel-defect thresholds in the full warranty terms.

What is not covered

The limited warranty does not cover interrupted or error-free operation, third-party software, normal wear, cosmetic deterioration that does not affect operation, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorised repair or modification, altered serial numbers or seals, external electrical faults, unsuitable operating environments, malware, lost passwords, data loss, theft, unexplained disappearance, contamination, or bootloader unlocking. Other exclusions and limitations in the full warranty terms apply. Services outside warranty may be quoted and charged before repair.

How to make a claim

Before requesting service, check the product manual and Support Center and back up all data. Then contact us with the model name, serial number, proof and date of purchase, and a complete description of the fault. We may ask you to install updates, run diagnostics, restore factory settings or allow remote diagnostics. If return service is required, follow the issued RMA instructions, remove accessories and removable storage unless requested, remove or provide passwords, and use secure packaging. Service may erase all data and software; Evolve III does not restore or transfer them.

Regional service

Warranty service is provided through Evolve III accredited service agents and repair centres and arranged for the market where the product was purchased. Tell us where the device is located so we can direct the request correctly. The manufacturer warranty operates independently of applicable statutory guarantees and does not restrict them. Personal information needed to provide service may be collected, transferred and processed in countries where Evolve III or its affiliated companies operate, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
